'Country and Sea' is an artwork that depicts the beautiful layers of the earth, and the contrasting colours between Country and the Sea.

Turtles feature prominently in my artworks as I use them to depict people and community relationships between Elders and the younger generation.
 
As a young artist, I am always drawing inspiration from the places and people around me. Living on Dharawal Country, I am lucky enough to be both close to the beach and to the bush. This painting is a reflection of the beautiful landscapes that surround me.

Specifications

This artwork was painted using acrylic paints on stretched canvas, and then framed in a beautiful Tasmanian oak timber floating frame. The assembly is completed with framers tape and is strung ready to hang.

All artwork is made and custom framed on Dharawal Country.
