Refund and Returns Policy for Mirii Art

Thank you for shopping at Mirii Art. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy below to understand the circumstances under which we accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.

1. Products

  • Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges:
    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a refund or exchange.
    • You may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to support your claim.
    • For items that do not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit, but refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Returns:
    • We may accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:
      • The item must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
      • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
      • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for digital products (e.g., downloadable artwork, digital files) due to the nature of the product.
    • Custom or personalised items (e.g., commissioned artwork, customised merchandise) are non-refundable unless they are defective or not as described.
    • Sale items: If an item was marked as a "final sale" or deeply discounted, it may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Services

  • Custom Artwork or Commissioned Work:
    • Once a commissioned project has started, we are unable to offer a full refund.
    • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm all commissioned work. This deposit will be deducted from the total project cost, but it is non-refundable once paid.
    • If you are unhappy with the work, please communicate with us during the process so we can make adjustments based on your feedback.
  • Cancellations:
    • Before Work Begins: You may cancel a commissioned project before work has begun and receive a full refund of any amounts paid, minus the 20% deposit.
    • After Work Has Begun: If work has already started, the 20% deposit is non-refundable, and any remaining payments may be refunded depending on the progress of the project.

3. How to Request a Refund, Return, or Exchange

  • To request a refund, return, or exchange, please email us at caitlin@miriiart.com with your order or invoice number, details about the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
  • If your item is eligible for a return, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Please note that the time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
